Surprisingly, good

As a rule, direct-to-video films aren’t particularly good. Another reliable rule is that movies with the prefix “cyber” in them aren’t likely to be any good (this film is also known as “Cybertech P.D.”). Well, somehow, this film manages to beat the odds and be worthwhile, and that is an amazing achievement for this type of film. It’s nothing particularly special, but it has a good sense of humour and a reasonably well-known cast that helps keep the movie buoyant. Sure, you’ll forget about it as soon as the credits start to roll, but if you’re looking for a decent time-filler that is somewhat off-the-beaten-path, then I suggest that you give this movie a chance.
